What customers say

“Highly recommended. Very professional service that went the extra mile to help me out when I thought it was going to be bad news Called this morning to discuss car lock problem. Great advice over phone diagnosing possible issues. Took fob in and although it wasn't being picked up on the remote receiver in shop they still said they'd try and have a go at fixing it and no charge if it didn't work. 30 minutes later it's fixed, all switches soldered and back in new case. Worked a charm. £24. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommended very friendly service. Thank you so much”

“I can't recommend Neners highly enough. They came out to fix our completely stuck uPVC French door, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. It's refreshing to find a company that still believes in old-fashioned values. The engineer was polite, professional, and incredibly hardworking. Rather than taking the expensive option, he put in the extra time and effort to get the door working properly, and thanks to his hard work, the final price actually came in under the original quote.”

“I walked down to the shop today at about 9.20am as my front door key snapped off in the lock. The assistant took my details and said that someone could come round this afternoon, which I accepted. Approx 11am, the locksmith had arrived, and around 15 minutes later had retrieved the broken bit of key from within the lock. - I had assumed I would need a new lock, so very pleased that it was such a quick fix and that the guy had arrived so promptly. Cost was £65 which seemed very reasonable and I was happy to pay. I didn't ask around, but the convenience factor of it being in the immediate vicinity of my home, along with the fact that it is an established business in a prominent location, gives you the confidence of being able to follow up if any problems. Thank you, Nener's!”

“Unbelievably amazing service. Had all locks replaced by them after moving in to our house as well as handles replaced and keys matched. Fantastic price and service and they went the extra mile to fix minor issues with doors and frames and without me asking and even without telling me they had done the fixes! They just sorted it all out. Amazing. Blown away by incredible service like this and pride in their work.”

“Excellent service by Nener's. I accidentally bent my car key and took it to the team at Nener's, they were able to straighten the key for me free of cost and quoted me a very reasonable price if they had needed to replace the blade which was not needed afterall. Great customer service and helpful staff.”

“Fantastic customer service! Took in a broken car fob/key and they assessed and replaced/repaired in 30 minutes! Quick and painless. 100% recommend.”

“Great experience, very helpful team (sourcing a smart car key for an import)”

“They were so nice. Came out to my Toyota and went above and beyond. Great work, would use again and highly recommend.”

“I totally liked how they are so responsive to emails and attentive! I checked with them how much it would cost to duplicate keys by sending a picture and they replied within the day and also a quick turnaround! Thank you so much!”
